Yes, depending on your subscription level, you are able to globally change content across all your landing pages with the Global Variables tag or you can set up Campaign(level) Variables.

You can specify your own content variables (e.g. phone number, product listings, images etc), and even input HTML to run across all your landing pages.

Start by choosing the 'Content Variables' option from the bottom of the left sidebar.
